Nadia's Rice Pudding

 
   Ingredients:
 
        for 2
    Helpings
 
 
 
 
 
4 Tablespoons Pudding Rice
5 Tablespoons Sugar 
¾ Pint of Milk
¼ Pint Double Cream


  Method:
  Put 4 rounded tablespoons of pudding rice into an ovenproof dish. Add 5 rounded tablespoons of
  sugar.  Add ¾ of a pint of milk and gently stir together. Place uncovered dish in a pre heated oven
  at 170°C for a fan oven or 190°C in a normal oven. Cook for between an hour and a quarter and an
  hour and a half. Serve in two pudding dishes and top with double cream.
